StillWant is developed by the StillWant Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how StillWant handles your information.

StillWant is local-first: it does not require an account, does not provide cloud sync, and stores purchase-pause records locally on your device by default.

1. Information We Handle

We do not actively collect, upload, or sell your purchase-pause content. The app may store the following information locally on your device:

Cooling items: item names, prices, currencies, categories, reasons, creation dates, cooling end times, decision status, and decision reasons that you enter.
Local settings: default currency, default cooling length, monthly goal, language, theme, notification settings, and onboarding state.
Local notification schedules: schedules used for cooling-period reminders.
Pro entitlement state: local state used to identify whether Pro features are unlocked on this device, plus purchase or restore results returned by the App Store.

2. How We Use Information

Locally stored information is used only to provide app features, including recording items you want to buy, calculating cooling periods, reminding you to review, showing statistics, saving settings, exporting CSV data, generating share cards, and unlocking Pro features.

3. Device Permissions and Capabilities

The app uses only the device capabilities needed for its features:

Notifications: used for cooling-period reminders. Notification text does not include item names, prices, or reasons.
Local storage: used to save cooling items, settings, and entitlement state on your device.
Sharing and clipboard: when you choose to export CSV data or share a decision card, the app uses the system clipboard or system share sheet. This content is generated only after your action.
App Store in-app purchase: Pro purchase, restore, and payment flows are handled by Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your purchase-pause content. Because the app does not use accounts or cloud sync, your cooling items are not uploaded to our servers. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message content to respond to your support request.

5. Payments and In-App Purchases

The app may offer a one-time Pro in-app purchase to unlock additional local features. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store. To provide purchase and restore features, the app receives transaction status and product identifiers returned by the App Store and stores entitlement state locally on your device.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual cooling items in the app. Deleting the app may also delete the app’s local data. Because the app has no account or cloud sync, we generally cannot recover or delete your local cooling items from our servers.

7. Children

StillWant is intended for general users and is not directed specifically to children. Minors should use the app with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian.

8. Changes

We may update this policy if app features, data practices, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page.
